To add new players to your roster: Highlight your team name under Your Teams, click the "Manage My Players" button, agree to the affidavit page, proceed to the payment page, click the "Add New Player" button, enter the data in the required fields, and then click "Save."

Note: Youth teams require a guardian email address. After entering your roster, you'll find a button to send an invitation to guardians. If a guardian has already created an account, the send invitation button will not be available. The guardian can log in to their account to approve their child’s roster entry.

Note: Slow Pitch players who have never been added to a team roster on the USSSA website must be added by the state director. Click on this link to find your state director's contact information.

To add returning players to your roster: Highlight your team name under Your Teams, click the "Manage My Players" button, agree to the affidavit page, proceed to the payment page, click the "Add Former Player" button, and in the "Your Former Players" listing, click the "Add Player" button next to each player’s name you want to add to your roster.
