Click on this login link. Enter your manager ID number and password and click the blue login button. Click on the "Create New Team" button under the Team Manager heading on the left side menu. Select the sport your team plays from the drop menu. Fill in each box under Team Details and click "Submit New Team." Enter your card information on the Payment Page to register your team.
